Shastid Energy has a team of extremely experienced engineers and fitters who specialise in industrial steam and hot water boiler servicing, repairs and maintenance. We undertake statutory annual Insurance inspection preparation works and full 5 yearly NDT preparations for our customers, and can work closely with your insurance provider to make sure your plant is safely through its inspection with minimal down time. All boilers are prepared to your insurance company’s required specification as a minimum. Valves can be stripped and serviced on site to be witnessed by the surveyor, or sent for overhaul and certification to one of our approved workshops should this be required.

Shastid Energy can also undertake any repairs or specialist work should your boiler fail its inspection, including refractory replacement or repair, Re-tubing, D-patch or shell repairs and acid de-scaling.  Our team of associate coded welders focus solely on boiler repairs, so you can be assured of the highest quality work at all times.

Our focus is preventative maintenance and the efficient and reliable operation of a boiler throughout its life. Regular maintenance is essential to achieve this.

We offer service contracts to site burners which can include 1, 2 or 4 service visits per annual contract period or indeed any other service intervals requested by site.

Regular servicing reduces the risk of breakdown and by identifying potential component failure, we provide a reliable service to clients. We also offer to all contract customers a 24 / 7 call out service.

Following every service visit an electronic report is sent directly to the site engineer.

Any faults or problems highlighted during the service will be quoted to the customer if it has not been possible to remedy during the routine site visit.
